The Custom Electronic Design and Installation Assn. has named Patty Voss director of CEDIA's participation in industry-related tradeshows and CEDIA EXPO, the group's tradeshow for the custom electronic design and installation industry.
Facility ManagementFour Atlanta business people have been named members of the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, which oversees the management of the Georgia World Congress Center, the Georgia Dome and Centennial Olympic Park.
- David B. Allman is president and owner of Regent Partners, a real estate firm.
- Anne Griffith Hennessy is founder of Hennessy Investments.
- Martin Neil Kogon is manager of Pull-a-Part, an auto parts retailer.
- James C. Edenfield is president and CEO of American Software, a company he co-founded.
The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority has hired Nicholas A. Langella as general manager of the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center and the Hynes Convention Center. Previously, Langella was vice president of development and facilities operations for the Waterford Group, which is overseeing the construction of the Connecticut Convention Center Complex in Hartford.
General ContractorsShepard Exposition Services has named David Patrick sales and account manager servicing the greater Atlanta area. He previously worked as sales manager for the Georgia Intl. Convention Center and as manager of group housing for the Atlanta Marriott Marquis.
