Marking a name change to The Rental Show, the former American Rental Assn. Convention & Trade Show attracted 750 exhibitors and 5,568 rental-store owners – 40 percent more than in 2003 – to its Feb. 26-29 run at the Georgia World Con-gress. The Tradeshow Week 200 show moves to Las Vegas's Man-dalay Bay Convention Center in 2005.
Natural Products Expo West, Penton Media's largest show, attracted more than 2,500 exhibitors and 36,000 attendees from 86 countries to the Anaheim Convention Center March 4-7. That compares with the 2,400 exhibitors and 31,000 attendees the Tradeshow Week 200 event drew the previous year.
