Exhibit ServicesHellmann Worldwide Logistics has brought on 20-year industry veteran Annette Boursnell as its new sales executive for Los Angeles.
Facility ManagementThe San Diego Convention Center has made two new hires.
- Sandra Butler has been brought on as executive vice president, sales and marketing. She most recently worked as vice president of sales and marketing at the Hawaii Convention & Visitors Bureau.
- Sallee Pavlovich has been appointed vice president, national trade show marketing. She last worked at Marketing General as director of business development.
The Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas has promoted Reina Herschdorfer from director to executive director of pavilion sales and operations.
SMG, which operates the Colorado Convention Center for the city and county of Denver, has hired Gregory Lowry as director of sales and marketing. He held the same position previously with the Pyramid Arena in Memphis, Tenn.
General ContractorsFreeman Decorating has made two staff changes.
- Richard Lewis, previously national sales manager, has been named national sales director, new business development.
- Sid Artigues, most recently director of sales in New Orleans, has assumed the role of national sales director for the Southeast U.S. region, based in New Orleans.
IDG World Expo has appointed two new business development managers:
- Anjali Chawla previously worked as product manager at Momentix, a Web services company that specialized in the tradeshow sector.
- Michelle Hartley-Jackson most recently acted as director of business development at mValent, a company she co-founded.
Advanstar Communications recently named Mike Kidd business development director of its Powersports Group. Previously, he was vice president of the motor sports division of Clear Channel Communications.
Show ServicesJane Halsey has been named general manager of the Ambassadors Intl. conference and incentive travel division. Previously, she was CEO of Pure Escape, a firm that manages conventions at sea.
