• Labor management services provider On Location has opened an East Coast national sales office. Located in Turnersville, N.J., the new office will be headed by Bruce Cantwell, vice president of sales.
• Exhibit Enterprises, a Dearborn, Ill.-based event marketing and exhibit company, is moving its corporate headquarters to a 25-acre campus in Rochester Hills later this year.
