The Center for Assn. Leadership recently announced the appointment of several directors to its board:
- Ralph J. Nappi, president of the American Machine Tool Distributors' Assn., was named 2004–2005 chairman.
- David J. Noonan, deputy executive vice president of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, has been named 2004–2005 chairman-elect and will assume the role of chairman in 2005–2006.
- Peter Moran, executive vice president and CEO of the Society of American Florists, has been named secretary/treasurer.
- Richard B. Green, vice president of industry relations and association sales for Marriott Intl., will also serve on the executive committee.
- Susan Sarfati, president and CEO of the center and executive vice president of the American Society of Assn. Executives, will serve as an ex-officio member of the board.
Exhibitgroup/Giltspur recently announced the return of two former staff members:
- Scott Williams rejoins the company's Boston office as its director of strategic account operations.
- Selwyn Sampson recently returned to the company as a sales executive in the San Jose office.
