The triennial Intl. Baking Industry Exposition drew 778 exhibitors and spanned 349,600 net square feet of the Las Vegas Convention Center Aug. 15–18, according to show organizers. That compares with 783 exhibitors occupying 379,399 net sq. ft. for the 2001 show, when the expo ranked No. 53 on the Tradeshow Week 200. The 2007 show will be held Oct. 7–10 at Orlando's Orange County Convention Center, marking the first time since 1981 that it will be held outside Las Vegas.

The Custom Electronic Design and Installation Assn. reported that its CEDIA EXPO drew more than 500 exhibitors and 24,500 attendees to the Indiana Convention Center Sept. 8–12. That compares with 430 exhibitors and 22,000 attendees in 2003, when the show ranked 105th on the TSW 200.
