John Gart, partner of The Gart Cos., has been named 2005 chairman of the Denver Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau. He succeeds Scott Bemis, publisher of the Denver Business Journal.
The Trade Show Exhibitors Assn. has promoted Kristina Hill to communications manager, Amy Lawlor to membership manager and Jennie Moore to marketing manager.
Reed Exhibitions made the following changes of assignment for industry vice presidents in its industrial and life science divisions:
Kel Marsden-Kish assumed responsibility for Natl. Manufacturing Week and most of Reed's U.S. manufacturing events.
Kevin Richards is now responsible for PharmaDiscovery.
John Stuttard now runs INTERPHEX and BIOPHEX, succeeding Richards.
