- The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, operator of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center and the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center, has promoted Diane DiAntonio to director of event services and Sarah Leach to senior event manager.
- Tim Flack, former manager of strategic business development at American Express, has been named national sales manager at Conferon Global Services.
- Michael Hass has been named national sales manager at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
- Kari Jacobson Smith has been named national sales manager for destinations at The Map Network.
- Carol Kelly has joined Freeman in the newly created position of chief information officer. Kelly was formerly senior vice president and CIO for Sabre Holdings.
- Mara Kolter, most recently a sales executive for Hall-Erickson, has joined Convention Data Services as a national sales manager.
