ConventionPlanit.com has received listing agreement contracts from Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants (for 32 properties) and SuperShuttle Intl. (16 properties). The company also recently signed a co-marketing partnership agreement with IMEX, an incentive travel show scheduled for April 19–21 in Frankfurt, Germany.
The Consumer Electronics Assn. has extended its contract with GES Exposition Services through 2009 for Intl. CES. The 2006 show will take place Jan. 5–8 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas Hilton Hotel, Alexis Park Resort Las Vegas and Sands Expo & Convention Center.
Association management firm SmithBucklin added 26 new client organizations in 2004, including the Indoor Tanning Assn. and the 2006 World Parkinson Congress.
Puerto Rico's Westin Rio Mar Beach Resort, Golf Club & Spa will host the Convention Industry Council's Certified Meeting Professional Conclave in July 2006.
