David Leong has been named deputy managing director for Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre Management.

Teresa McCall, formerly of American Exhibition Services, has been named managing director of C.W. Allen's SponsorSure division. Jeff Nussdorf, founder of Edge Media Group, has joined C.W. Allen Group as the head of sales and marketing.
