New Business Contracts

Staff -- Tradeshow Week, 5/23/2005

Convention Communications Provisioners has signed a two-year agreement with the Hilton Nashville (Tenn.) Downtown to be its exclusive advanced telecommunications and Internet provider. The firm has provided services for the hotel for the past three years.

Show managers can now take a virtual tour and see how their show will look at ExCeL — London's Exhibition & Convention Centre before they book it. The venue recently installed a new technology program called 3D-VR, supplied and developed by Portsmouth, N.H.-based firm MeetingMatrix Intl., that can create a three-dimensional image of a floorplan.

RSA Security will hold its 2006 RSA Conference at the San Jose (Calif.) McEnery Convention Center. The 15th annual computer-security tradeshow, scheduled for Feb. 13–17, is expected to attract an estimated 14,000 information security professionals. The event was in San Jose in 1999, 2000 and 2002 before moving to San Francisco.
