VNU Expositions has named Jim Palmer group marketing director of its Sports Group.

Bob Pellegrini has joined the Boston Convention Marketing Center as vice president of sales, responsible for sales at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center and the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center.
