The Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau has selected ITS as its preferred housing vendor. ITS is a division of Conferon Global Services.
The Intl. Manufacturing Technology Show, No. 3 on the Tradeshow Week 200, has extended its contract with GES Exposition Services through 2006.
Gaylord Hotels has hired Presentation Services as the exclusive provider of audiovisual and rigging services for its venues in Nashville, Tenn.; Kissimmee, Fla.; and Grapevine, Texas. The firm will also service Gaylord Natl. Resort & Convention Center, opening in 2008 in Prince George's County, Md.
The Intl. Assn. of Amusement Parks and Attractions has chosen Shanghai, China, as the location for IAAPA Asian Expo 2006. The show is scheduled at the Shanghai New Intl. Expo Centre July 12–14.
