Freeman has announced these personnel changes: Jay Atherton has been named executive vice president of operations to replace the retiring Keith Kennedy. Mike O'Neil has been named vice president, Northeast Region. Dennis Sullivan will replace O'Neil as general manager in Washington, D.C. Bill Kuehnle will become general manager for Freeman's New York office.

Michael Bandy, former president of the Trade Show Exhibitors Assn., has been named associate publisher of Event ROI, a publication that Conferon Global Services is launching. CGS marketing executive Peter Shure will serve as its editorial director.

Sian Moynihan is joining the Professional Convention Management Assn. as executive vice president.
