A New Day for Tradeshow Exhibitors?

Staff -- Tradeshow Week, 7/11/2005

A lot has happened since participants of the last TS2 — The Trade Show About Trade Shows left Chicago last July. Shortly before the show, the Trade Show Exhibitors Assn. announced it was taking over management of TS2 from Natl. Trade Productions, which had run the event since 1999. Then in November, TSEA officials said they were selling the show to NTP, while retaining control of the conference. Now, both NTP and TSEA have big plans for this year's edition of TS2.

So, there is a lot going on as the exhibitor community converges on the Washington (D.C.) Convention Center July 12–14 for the 2005 TS2.

Just as TS2 is changing and evolving to meet the developing needs of tradeshow exhibitors, Tradeshow Week's TS2 issue and Exhibit Marketing examine some of the challenges and opportunities in that segment of the industry as well.
