Peter Neven has been named managing director of AUMA, the Assn. of the German Trade Fair Industry.
George E. Fern has hired Freeman veteran Bob Pugh as national sales manager.
The Chase Group has hired Media-Live Intl. veteran Jackie Rees to manage the eBay Live! Community Conference.
The Orange County Convention Center has named Brenda Daniels Wilson director of sales.
Jim Venti has been promoted to general manager of Edlen Electrical Exhibition Services' Las Vegas office.
Tradeshow Week has made the following promotions:
Senior Account Manager Nancy Walker, a member of the TSW staff for 12 years, is now advertising director.
In addition to being TSW publisher, Adam Schaffer is now general manager for events and marketing for the Home Entertainment Group, which includes TSW, Video Business and 411.
TSW Marketing Director Amy Lacey is now marketing director for the entire Home Entertainment Group. Likewise, TSW Senior Marketing Specialist Maggie Moe now is senior marketing specialist for the HEG.
