Leslie Doggett is stepping down as president and CEO of the Baltimore Area Convention & Visitors Assn. for health and family reasons. Ronnie Burt, vice president of convention sales and services, has been named interim president.
GES Exposition Services has promoted Dave Hall to executive vice president and CFO, Fred Buonacorsi to executive vice president of U.S. field operations and David Crockett to vice president of planning and corporate development.
