Global Spectrum chose Nadine Guest as general manager of the Overland Park (Kan.) Convention Center. She replaced Kelvin D. Moore, who was promoted to general manager of the Global Spectrum-managed Nueces County Fairgrounds in Robstown, Texas.
Elissa Hernandez joined Meet Minneapolis (formerly the Minneapolis CVB) as manager of exhibition relations and portfolio sales.
SmithBucklin promoted Heather Nash to senior manager in its convention and tradeshow services unit. She had been working on Americas' SAP Users' Group, including managing the ASUG Annual Conference.
George Little Management named Associate Partner Leslie Nathan-Street director of industry relations for key gift accounts, and Associate Partner Dorothy Belshaw show director of the New York Intl. Gift Fair.
