Attendance at Riddle & Associates' biennial Clean '07/World Educational Congress for Laundering & Drycleaning topped that of the previous show. The event, held June 11–14 in Las Vegas, attracted a total of 14,667 attendees, compared with 13,951 at Clean '05 in Orlando, a 5-percent increase over last year.

Messe Frankfurt's IMEX 2007, a tradeshow for the meetings and incentives business held April 22–24 in Frankfurt, attracted a record 8,300 buyers, up 9 percent from last year's 7,600. This year's attendance included more than 3,500 hosted buyers and 3,400 exhibitors. In 2006, the show attracted 3,412 hosted buyers and 3,300 exhibitors.
