EACA Has Second Customer Service Training

The Chicago Chapter of the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Assn. will sponsor its second Customer Service Training Program for showfloor workers in Chicago Nov. 26-28. The program is done in conjunction with the Chicago Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority.
