2006 show statistics: 258,520 net sq. ft.; 10,869 attendees; 780 exhibitors
Position on the 2007 TSW 200: 88
First year of show: 1946
New this year: As is the case in almost every industry these days, sanitary supplies are also becoming more environmentally friendly. This year's ISSA Innovation Award Revue will have a category for green products that attendees can vote on.
The bottom line: With the sizable show switching venues in the last few years from Las Vegas to Chicago to Orlando, attendees and exhibitors complained about the 2008 choice of Anaheim. As a result, the show will return to Las Vegas in 2008, hoping to recapture some of the 12,516 attendees that showed up there in 2005.
