The U.S. Poultry & Egg Assn.'s Intl. Poultry Expo/Intl. Feed Expo drew 20,029 attendees and 894 exhibitors from more than 100 countries to Atlanta's Georgia World Congress Center Jan 23-25. Last year's IPE/IFE tradeshow for the poultry, egg and feed sectors of the industry attracted 19,461 attendees.
Tarsus Group's Feb. 10-14 Off-Price Specialist Show at the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas attracted 11,200 attendees, including 3,000 new buyers. Last year's show attracted 9,300 attendees. Marketing Director Don Browne said the increase was the result of widening the range of products and an increase in international buyers.
