First Acquisition of a Virtual Tradeshow

Worldwide Business Research USA has acquired eComXpo, a virtual tradeshow and job fair for eCommerce marketers, in what its founder, John Grosshandler, called a "first of its kind transaction." EComXpo will be collocated with another virtual show, WBR's eTail (which has a physical component), to be launched July 9-10.
