Convention Data Services announced a strategic partnership with GoExpo. GoExpo, owned jointly by Exhibitors Marketing Concepts and Brain Book Software, offers software that will enable exhibitors and attendees to interact with each other.

Destination Marketing Assn. Intl. announced a multiyear agreement with Travel Channel Media, operator of the Travel Channel. The Travel Channel will be the exclusive sponsor of a DMAI industry awareness campaign this summer and will use broadcast, print and online media outlets to broaden travelers' consciousness of DMOs and local tourist boards.

Optaros will provide an event management system for the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, owner and operator of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.

The Independent, a daily newspaper in the United Kingdom, will collaborate with Expomedia Events UK, part of Expomedia Group, to stage the 2009 Adventure Travel Show, scheduled March 20–22 at Olympia Natl. Hall in London.
