Welsh Moves From Seattle to Indiana CVB

Donald P. Welsh has been named president and CEO of the Indianapolis Convention & Visitors Assn. He was previously president and CEO of the Seattle Convention & Visitors Bureau and replaces Bob Bedell, who announced his retirement last December, effective July 31.
