Diversified Expands to Hong Kong

Portland, Maine-based Diversified Business Communications acquired a majority stake in Hong Kong-based Asia Business Events and the new vwnture will operate as Diversified Events Hong Kong. ABE operates Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong, which will be held Sept 1-3 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, and the company will launch Retail Asia Expo & Congress.
