• The Travel South USA Board of Directors selected Atlanta as the site for the April 3-5, 2011, Travel South Showcase.
• The Intl. Astronomical Union chose Honolulu’s Hawai’i Convention Center for its triennial General Assembly, which includes an exhibition, to be held Aug. 3-14, 2015.
• UBM Asia, part of United Business Media, entered into a marketing agreement with Rotaforte Fair to jointly promote the Istanbul Jewelry Show in Turkey. The agreement will cover the two 2010 editions of the show taking place March 13-17 and Oct. 14-17, as well as future events.
