IMEX Set to Launch U.S. Version in 2011

Representatives from Meeting Professionals Intl., IMEX and the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority announced the launch of a U.S. version of the IMEX show in 2011. The event will be held at the Sands Expo & Convention Center Oct. 11-13 and will be called IMEX America. "We believe IMEX is going to be that next success story (in Las Vegas)," said Chris Meyer, vice president of sales at the LVCVA.
