Wynn Planning Vegas' Fourth Major Exhibit Hall

Casino Developer Stephen A. Wynn of Wynn Resorts is planning to build an exhibit hall in Las Vegas of 1.6 to 1.8 million square feet, "depending how you count it," he said Thursday in a conference call to discuss the company's first-quarter earnings. Wynn added that he's "finally prepared to leverage" the advantages of having a property located between two of the country's largest convention centers, the Las Vegas Convention Center and Sands Expo & Convention Center.
