Bythe end of last year, shifts at BDMetricsstarted to occur, including founder Rick Geritz stepping down and Mollie Spilman stepping in. Changes continued with BDMetrics deciding to reconsider what it was offering to the tradeshow industry and at what cost.When the dust settled, Spilman said BDMetrics not only would no longer offer its legacy platform that several shows still used, but also it would have a new name – Three Stage Media – and new offerings.

Among newly announced show launches is Canon Communications event for the orthopaedic manufacturing sector: the OrthoTec Conference & Exhibition, which will debut May 12-13 at the Orthopaedic Capital Center in Warsaw, Ind. BZ Media also has a show set to launch, the ESDC enterprise software development event, scheduled to debut March 1-3 at the San Mateo Marriott in San Mateo, Calif.
