VSS Buys U.K.'s Clarion Events
Private equity firm Veronis Suhler Stevenson has acquired the U.K.'s Clarion Events,an independent organizer with exhibitions, events and conferences. Clarion has consumer show brands in six sectors, including gaming, retail, arts and antiques, motor homes, financial services and entertainment.
