Diversified Expands to Hong Kong
Portland, Maine- based Diversified Business Communications acquired a majority stake in Hong Kong-based Asia Business Events and will operate as Diversified Events Hong Kong. ABE operates Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong, which will be held Sept 1-3 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, and the new company will launch Retail Asia Expo & Congress.
