    For the second month in a row, according to the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority Executive Summary for July, things looked a little better in the city. Convention attendance still was lower than during the same month last year, but the rate of decline has begun to slow. more » » »

    JCK Las Vegas will have a new home in 2011. The show will move from the Sands Expo & Convention Center, where it has been held the last several years, to Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, farther south on the Strip. more » » » 
  • Interbike, Bikes Belong Partner on Charity
    Nielsen Business Media’s Interbike Intl. Bicycle Expo, held Sept. 23-25 at the Las Vegas Sands Expo & Convention Center, teamed up with bicycle advocacy group Bikes Belong to make it a little safer for kids to ride their bikes around Las Vegas. Both groups pledged to invest $50,000 during the next two years to improve bicycling conditions for children in the city. more » » »
