Questex Becomes New Company
Questex Media Group Holdings has completed the previously announced 363 sale of its businesses to a new company, Questex Media Group, held by a group of senior lenders. The new company has its own financing and is not subject to the Chapter 11 cases filed by Questex Media Group Holdings. President and CEO Kerry Gumas will lead Questex Media Group.
