Please list both the facility manager AND a sales contact and the actual titles for each. A maximum of two names will be listed.
Prime/Total Sq. M.:
PRIME exhibit space is dedicated exhibit space which has convenient access to utilities for each exhibitor. In most cases, this DOES NOT include ballrooms, meeting rooms, lobbies or arenas. TOTAL exhibit space includes prime space plus areas such as large meeting rooms and ballrooms which may be reasonably used for exhibits, but are not dedicated to that purpose. Please indicate when the same meeting space is listed under Total Exhibit Space and Meeting Space. You may also list a third figure for outdoor space, which is essential for certain tradeshows.
Buildings, Halls & Floors:
List the number of buildings and the number of exhibit halls and floors in each building. Example (single building): 1 bldg., 2 halls, 1 floor. Example (multiple buildings): North Complex: 3 halls, 2 floors; South Complex: 2 halls, 1 floor.
Floor Load Per Sq. M.:
Specify the static load per square meter.
Ceiling Heights:
The height from the floor to the lowest part of the ceiling, such as the rafters/beams, catwalk or false ceilings.
Columns/Arrangements:
Specify the number of columns in each hall and their space apart on center. Indicate “none” for a column-free hall.
Freight Doors & Minimum/Maximum Height & Width:
List the number of freight doors. Then list the dimensions of the smallest door (height x width) and the largest door (height x width).
Meeting Rooms/Total Sq. M.:
List the total number of meeting rooms and the total square meters of meeting space. Indicate
if the same meeting space is also listed under Total Exhibit Space.
Utilities:
The type of voltage and plumbing available to exhibitors and the location of electrical access.
Voltage: 220V outlets, 230V outlets, 240V outlets, 380V outlets, 400V outlets, 415V outlets, other (specify)
Electrical Access: From floor ports, From columns, From overhead, From walls
Plumbing: Natural gas, Compressed air, Water, Drains
Exclusive In-house Services:
Indicate which service(s) MUST be provided by your exhibition hall rather than an outside vendor when the service is required by show management. If you have the service available, but do not require the show manager to use your service over another’s, it is not considered an exclusive in-house service.

Rates Trade/Public (Local Currency):
List rates for both trade and public shows in local currency. Enter “Upon request” in this field if you wish to be contacted for rates rather than specifying.
Parking:
List the number of available parking spaces on-site (located on the immediate facility property) and nearby (located on properties surrounding the facility).
Ownership/Management:
Indicate the type of entity that owns the facility and the type of entity that manages the facility.
